@andrewanderson63 I agree completely about waiting for confirmation. Chasing breakouts on USDJPY has definitely been painful in the past. It's tempting to jump in when you see that initial move, but more often than not, it retraces quickly. I've started using the 20 SMA on the H4 chart to confirm the trend after the retest. It's not foolproof, but it's added an extra layer of confidence to my entries. What timeframes do you typically use for confirmation?
