I like to scale into my positions with gold. Start with a smaller position, say 0.5%, and add if it moves in my favour, like now with this rise. If it goes against me, I'll add another 0.5% at key support levels to average down. It helps manage risk and allows me to capture more of the upside if my initial analysis is correct. This way, I'm not too exposed if I'm wrong initially.
