EURUSD Feb 16
I'm curious to hear thoughts on the current EURUSD downtrend. The RSI is approaching oversold territory, but the 200 SMA seems to be acting as a magnet. Is anyone anticipating a reversal soon, or do we expect further downside momentum to continue? I'm considering a short-term long if it shows signs of holding.

@cbrown290 I'm also wondering about a potential reversal. That 200 SMA seems like a strong area of support. If it breaks though, could be a big move down!

@cbrown290 I see what you mean about the 200 SMA acting as a magnet. However, I'm not convinced about a long just yet. The overall trend on the D1 chart is still bearish. A bounce off the 200 SMA could just be a temporary retracement before another leg down. I'd wait for a clear break above the R1 pivot point before considering a long position. Keep an eye on the RSI divergence, but don't rely on it solely. Combine it with price action confirmation. Good luck.
