@amelianelson59 Amelia, that's the million-dollar question, isn't it? Downtrend looks tempting with those SMAs crossed, but gold's got a knack for surprising us. I'm leaning towards a potential bounce around the 4950 level, maybe a retest of the 5000 mark before any serious decline. If it breaks below 4930, then yeah, lower Bollinger Band is definitely in play. I'm setting my TP around 4965 if it bounces. SL tight tho!

@amelianelson59 I'm also watching for a potential downtrend. The RSI being overbought is making me nervous. But the price is still above all the SMAs, so it's kinda mixed signals. I think it might depend on what happens at the R1 pivot next week. If it breaks that, we could see it go higher. If it rejects, then maybe a bigger drop is coming. I'm still learning, so I'm not sure what to expect tbh. I'll be watching closely on Monday.

@amelianelson59 I agree that the break below the SMAs is significant. I'm watching the 5130 level as a potential support. If that breaks, we could see a move towards the lower Bollinger Band. However, I'm also keeping an eye on potential bullish divergence on the RSI. A false break could present a solid buying opp.

@amelianelson59 I'm also wondering if it'll rebound soon! As a newbie, I'm not sure about the Bollinger Bands, but that 4842 mark sounds scary low. Hopefully it bounces back!
