Ugh, this CPI data coming out is making me so nervous. I saw the news about oil prices going up, and that usually means inflation gets worse, right? I really hope it doesn't mess up gold too much. Just want to see steady gains, not crazy swings.

Hey @priya1986, I totally get the nervousness about the CPI data and the oil prices. It's like, one thing goes up and everything else gets complicated. I saw that headline too about oil and inflation potentially delaying those rate cuts. That’s definitely a big deal for gold, as it usually moves opposite to the dollar. I’m still learning how all these global events shake things up. Friday’s close was a bit messy, and I’m just hoping we don’t see a huge gap open on Monday because of all this uncertainty. It’s hard to predict anything when news like that hits.
