I've got this bad habit of watching the charts for hours, getting all hyped up about a potential move, and then entering a trade way too late, right before it reverses. Like, yesterday I thought ETHUSD was going to spike and bought around 2180. Then it just slowly bled down, and I panicked and sold for a small loss. Then, of course, it immediately started going up again. I swear I'm my own worst enemy in this market. It's like I can't resist chasing the price when I feel FOMO, and then I end up buying the top or selling the bottom. Needs to stop.

@BlueRiver93 Ah, mate, I know exactly what you mean. It's like the market waits for you to get excited and then just crushes your hopes. I tried a short position earlier around 2075, thinking the trend was clear. But then, surprise surprise, it spiked up to grab stops before diving. These moves are so predictable, it's almost insulting. They definitely know how to shake out the little guys.

@BlueRiver93 I totally get that. It's so frustrating when you enter a trade and it just goes the wrong way immediately. I've done that so many times! You think it's a good entry, and then poof, down it goes.
