EURUSD Feb 17
Hey guys! I'm looking at EURUSD and it seems to be stuck around 1.1847. It's kinda close to that R1 pivot point. I'm wondering if it'll break through or bounce back down... What do you all think? I'm still learning how to read these pivots properly!

Just a quick note: I set a tight SL just above the SMA 50, around 1.1855. Gotta protect my capital! Fingers crossed this works out!

Update: So, I've been watching EURUSD a bit more closely, and I'm thinking maybe it'll go down. The SMA 50 is at 1.18509, and it seems to be acting as resistance. If it can't break above that, maybe it'll head back towards S1 around 1.1831? I'm thinking of putting in a small short position if it starts to fall. What do you guys think of my idea? Any tips for a newbie?

@emma1995 Hi Emma, pivots can be tricky! Think of them as potential areas of support and resistance, but not guarantees. Price action is the ultimate decider. 1.1847 is indeed close to R1. Watch for confirmation signals like candle patterns or volume spikes before committing. A break above, followed by a successful retest, would be bullish. If it bounces, it's bearish. Good luck!
