It feels like gold is doing its own thing lately, not really following the DXY like it usually does. When the dollar dips, I expect gold to rip, but it's been kinda sluggish or even dropping a bit sometimes. Kinda weird correlation right now, makes it harder to trade.

Hey @joserobinson, I've noticed that too. It's like the usual DXY correlation is on vacation. Personally, I think we might be seeing some 'smart money' accumulating positions differently, or maybe the geopolitical news is overriding the FX moves right now. The price action around the 4720-4740 area has been pretty choppy, not giving clear signals for either direction based on dollar strength alone.
