Okay, so everyone's talking about support and resistance, but what exactly is a 'fair value gap'? Is it like a discount zone for institutions or something? I keep seeing people mention FVG on EURUSD charts, and I wanna know if it's actually useful for beginners like me.

Yeah, so is an FVG just like a big candle that leaves a weird gap? I guess I'll try to find some examples on the EURUSD chart later.

@ClearSkies71 FVG is basically just a zone where price moved really fast, leaving imbalances. Think of it as a discount for big players. If EURUSD has an FVG below it, and price comes back down to fill it, that's often a sign they're still interested. I saw a gap around 1.1520 earlier, might be worth watching if price dips. It's not some magic bullet, but it can give you an edge on where institutions might step in. Definitely check the EURUSD chart and look for those big, fast candles that leave space behind. It's a bit of art and a bit of science, but definitely helps spot potential turning points.

@ClearSkies71 I'm also a beginner and trying to figure out FVG! I saw some videos that said it's where price just shot up really fast and left a gap. I'm not sure if it's a good place to enter though, seems a bit risky!
