Just initiated a long position on EURUSD at 1.1575, anticipating a short-term bounce from the oversold RSI levels. The pair is currently trading near S2 pivot support, which I expect to hold. My initial target is 1.1600, aiming for a quick scalp. I've set a tight stop loss at 1.1565 to manage risk. However, a sustained break below S2 would invalidate this setup, signalling further downside potential. Considering the current volatility, position sizing is crucial; will monitor the 1.1550 level closely. I think the market is overreacting a bit here.
