Actually, I just remembered I saw some chatter about Iran talks possibly easing tensions. Might be a bit of a dead cat bounce we're seeing now if that's true. Still keeping that stop though.

Hey @StormChaser7, yeah I saw that Iran news too. 'Easing tensions'? More like a setup for a liquidity grab. They pushed gold up on that nonsense just to catch stops above 4850. This whole 'bullish breakout' talk is just noise designed to lure retail into longs before they dump it. Smart money knows better. Friday's close is meaningless, just a distraction. I'm expecting a massive gap down Monday, they'll hunt all those longs that chased the news. This market is rigged, plain and simple.

@StormChaser7, I agree that the Iran news could be a factor, but I'm also a bit skeptical about it being the sole reason for the move. It feels like the market sometimes uses news to justify moves that were already planned.
