This week was a train wreck for my XAUUSD trades lol. Took a couple of losses trying to catch the falling knife. Lesson learned: maybe don't trade when it's this volatile without a solid plan.

Hey @graywolf, yeah this week has been wild for gold. Trying to catch falling knives is a classic beginner trap, don't beat yourself up too much! I've learned to wait for clear signals, especially around key support/resistance levels like the 4528 Bollinger band. Better to miss a trade than to take a needless loss.

Hey @graywolf, yeah trying to catch that falling knife is always tempting but usually ends in tears lol. This XAUUSD volatility is insane, feels like the market makers are just messing with us. They probably just pushed it up to shake out all the sellers and now they're going to dump it again. Classic manipulation playbook if you ask me. 🙄
