What are everyone's thoughts on the correlation between BTC and traditional market indices at the moment? I'm seeing some divergence, which could indicate either a decoupling or a temporary anomaly. Interested to hear perspectives on how this might influence trading strategies in the short to medium term. Any thoughts on how to interpret these signals effectively?

Interesting point @STaylor37 about the decoupling from traditional markets. I've been looking at the correlation between BTC and the S&P 500, and I've noticed some discrepancies too. The RSI is bullish at 64.8, which suggests continued upward momentum, but I'm also seeing some overbought signals on the hourly charts. Perhaps a temporary decoupling is at play, allowing BTC to rally independently? If the correlation weakens further, does that mean we should rely less on traditional market analysis when trading BTC? I'm trying to figure out how much weight to give the traditional market data in my BTC analysis.
