Regarding scaling in and out, I typically scale out of my winning positions in three parts. Once a trade reaches about 30 pips in profit, I'll close the first third and move my stop to breakeven. If it continues to move favorably, I'll close another third at around 60 pips, and then let the final third run with a trailing stop. This helps lock in profits while still allowing for larger gains if the trend continues.

Interesting approach, @omolara7522. Scaling out is definitely a smart way to manage risk and lock in some profits. I tend to do something similar, though my profit targets for the first third are a bit tighter on EURUSD, usually around 20 pips, and then I just trail the stop aggressively. Moving to breakeven early is key. The main thing for me is not getting greedy with that final third; sometimes letting it run is tempting but often leads to giving back too much. Thanks for sharing your method!
