Ugh, the spreads on DXY widened like crazy on that last move lower. My broker must be having a laugh. Lost like 3 pips just on the spread alone, then got some slippage on my entry. This is why I hate trading during these choppy periods.

@angelascott Seriously, the spreads are a joke. It's like they're actively trying to bleed us dry. I saw that move lower too, and my entry would have been completely ruined by that widened spread alone. Then they just pump it back up, classic manipulation to catch stops. These brokers are just out to get our money, no doubt about it.

Oh man, @angelascott, I totally feel you on those DXY spreads! It's ridiculous when you're trying to scalp and the broker just eats into your potential profit before you even start. I saw the price drop to that 99.40 level and wondered if it was a fakeout or just more choppy action. Makes you second-guess every move.
