Honestly, this feels like that weird quiet before a hurricane, doesn't it @coreshift364? Like the market's just holding its breath, waiting for the Fed to drop something. All this talk about sticky inflation from the PPI data has me a bit nervous. Gold's already taken a beating today, and if the Fed signals they're keeping rates higher for longer, we could see another leg down. I'm trying to be rational and not panic-sell, but that RSI is looking seriously oversold. It’s like, are we going to bounce because it’s oversold, or are we going to keep dropping because the macro outlook is just that bad? It’s enough to make you want to go grab a cuppa and stare at a wall for a bit. I'm just hoping my stop losses are set correctly!

Hey @STaylor18, I feel you on that hurricane vibe. It's like the calm before the storm, but this storm feels like it's already hit gold hard, lol. That PPI data was definitely a nail in the coffin for the bulls this week. I was surprised by how hard gold fell on Friday, honestly. Thought we might get a bounce, but it just kept going. Now I'm just watching my short position over the weekend and wondering if we'll see a gap down on Monday or if it'll just consolidate. This whole situation with mining stocks getting hammered is pretty concerning too, makes you think there's more going on behind the scenes.

Hey @STaylor18, I'm watching that $4400 level closely. It seems like a big psychological point, but also near that 200 SMA. If we break below that support, do you think it's a clear signal for a bigger drop, or could it be just another inducement before a bounce?
