Gold's performance today is quite encouraging, especially considering the current global economic uncertainties. The price action clearly indicates a strong bullish sentiment. The fact that XAUUSD is trading above all key SMAs (20, 50, and 200) is a very positive sign indeed! This suggests a solid upward trend may be sustained.

Following up on my earlier comments, I believe a strategic entry point for a long position could be considered around the R1 pivot level (5152.19), contingent upon confirmation of continued upward momentum. A tight stop-loss order placed just below the pivot point at 5138.62 would serve as prudent risk management. Furthermore, the Bollinger Bands suggest that the price has the potential to test the upper band around 5207.59, which could act as an initial profit target. We should closely monitor the D1 chart for any signs of reversal patterns. It's imperative to exercise caution and adjust positions accordingly based on evolving market dynamics! Adding to my previous observation, the RSI at 64.7 further supports the bullish momentum. However, we must remain vigilant for any potential overbought conditions arising in the short term.
