Finally have some time this weekend to actually sit down and figure out my mortgage renewal options. This whole process feels way more complicated than trading sometimes!

Hey @sophiehall61, I feel you on the mortgage stuff. Honestly, trading feels way less complicated sometimes, especially when you're not dealing with all the paperwork and interest rates. I've had trades go sideways faster than I can say 'margin call', but at least it's just numbers on a screen, usually. Just gotta keep it simple, right? My approach is usually just find a support or resistance, slap a huge leverage on it, and pray. Works like a charm... most of the time. Good luck with the house stuff, hope it's less stressful than my overnight gold swings!
