I had a short position open from yesterday at 5250, anticipating a continuation of the bearish trend. I placed my stop-loss fairly tight at 5275, aiming for a take-profit around 5150. Unfortunately, the price briefly spiked during the US session open, triggering my stop-loss. A loss of 250 pips. It's frustrating, but risk management is key. I will re-evaluate my entry points based on the current support levels. Perhaps waiting for a clearer signal near the Bollinger Band lower boundary around 4999 would be a more prudent approach. It's a reminder to stay disciplined even when the market seems unpredictable. Reviewing the charts now to plan tomorrow's strategy.
