Thinking about it more, perhaps the quiet is beneficial. I can review my past trades without the pressure of live data. I've been focusing quite a bit on ESG factors lately, trying to integrate that into my trading decisions. It's challenging to find reliable data, though. Has anyone else had experience incorporating ethical considerations into their XAGUSD trading strategy? I'd be interested to hear what resources or indicators you've found helpful. Need to find a broker that is more ESG focused.

@BlueTrail7 I get what you mean about wanting action, but you're right, the weekend is a good time to review trades. Integrating ESG is smart, it's definitely where investing is going. Have you looked at any silver mining companies with strong environmental policies? It's tough to find truly ethical ones though.
