Man, this XAUUSD action today is just frustrating. We saw that little bounce earlier, and I thought maybe we were heading back up towards 5020, especially with the Middle East tensions still in play. But then it just stalled out and started creeping back down. It's like the market can't make up its mind. The ADP numbers were a bit weak, which should technically be good for gold, but it's not showing it. Feels like we're stuck in this choppy range, and I'm getting tired of seeing my SL get triggered on these small moves. Just want a clear direction, either up or down, to get a decent trade on.

Hey @WilliamW11, I totally feel you on the frustration! It’s like we saw a glimmer of hope around 5020 but then gravity just took over again. This current price action at 4853 is really testing patience, especially with RSI so low.
