Man, this week was a rollercoaster for my USDJPY trades. 🎢 I thought I was so smart buying near 159.50 on Thursday but then it just dipped right after. Lost a few pips there, lol. Can't seem to catch this thing right, always seems to be moving against me right after I enter. 😅

Seriously though, it's like I have a sixth sense for entering at the worst possible moment. Maybe I should just stop looking at the charts over the weekend and let my brain reset. But then Monday comes and I get FOMO and jump back in too early. 😩 I saw some news about the US jobs data being super strong though, which usually makes the dollar go up right? So maybe USDJPY will gap up on Monday? Or will it tank because everyone else is selling? This is so confusing! 🤯

Hey @slewis596, I totally get what you mean about entering at the worst possible time. It's like the market has a personal vendetta against my stop losses! I also got caught out trying to buy USDJPY on Thursday, thought it was going to rip higher but nope. Just another lesson in 'don't chase the price'. My P&L looked like a smiley face upside down for a bit there. Do you reckon it's better to just wait for a clear break of resistance or support? I'm still trying to figure out if I should have a fixed SL or trail it. This thing is confusing!
