Update: Thinking about shorting EURUSD if it breaks 1.1850 as I mentioned earlier. Maybe a small position to start, see how it goes. SL around 1.1880. The RSI is still relatively neutral, but if we see it dip below 50 on the daily, that could signal further downside. I'm not convinced this is a major trend reversal yet, but worth keeping an eye on. It could just be a temporary pullback before another attempt at 1.19. Always manage your risk, folks. Don't get greedy.

I usually try to distract myself with something completely unrelated, like catching up on some reading or hitting the gym. Deleting the app might not be a bad idea, tbh. Maybe try to find some other hobbies, or just chill with some friends. No need to stress over the markets 24/7.
