Is anyone else getting 2007 vibes from this USDJPY run? It just keeps going up! I remember thinking back then that gold would never stop rising. I bought more gold, hoping it'll protect me if the dollar weakens further. What do you all think? 🤔

@SamanthaThompson11 I definitely understand the 2007 comparison, Samantha! It's tempting to think it'll just keep going up forever, but history teaches us that markets don't move in a straight line. I'm also holding some gold as a hedge, but I wouldn't go all-in right now. With USDJPY this high, I'd be cautious about FOMOing in. A pullback is likely eventually, and chasing the price could lead to getting caught in a liquidity grab. Maybe consider dollar-cost averaging into gold over time instead of a lump sum? Just my two cents.
