This ETHUSD chart is giving me whiplash, one minute up next minute down. Feels like it's trying to decide if it wants to be a bull or a bear, but it's just stuck in traffic around 1850. My risk management brain is screaming 'stay put!' when it's this neutral. Anyone else feel like they need a crystal ball for these sideways moves?
