Hi everyone, I'm relatively new to swing trading and trying to get a better grasp of how to use Bollinger Bands. I noticed the bands on XAGUSD are between 76.33 and 79.24 right now. How do you usually interpret these levels? Is it a good idea to consider selling near the upper band and buying near the lower band? I know it's not a foolproof strategy, but any insights would be really helpful as I'm trying to learn more about risk management too!

Hi @zaraansari, Bollinger Bands can be tricky! Generally, when the price touches the upper band, it *could* mean it's overbought and might pull back. But it's not a guarantee! Look at other indicators too. The market's also been crazy lately, so be careful!
