This sideways movement is really unnerving, @kgreen835. I thought we were supposed to see some action. It feels like everything is just frozen and I don't know if I should be worried about a big drop or if this is just the calm before a surge. My gut says something is brewing, but I'm too new to really read these signals. Is this normal?

Yeah, I'm with you on the uncertainty, @kgreen835. This quiet market is just as bad as wild swings sometimes. You can't make decisions. And with that news about the quantum-proofing lag, it just adds another worry. What if this tech stuff becomes a major issue and people start moving away from BTC because of it? I keep checking my balance and it's not moving much, which makes me think maybe it's better to be out until there's clearer direction. But then again, if it does surge, I'll miss out. It's a real headache trying to figure out what's safe. This whole investing thing is way more stressful than I thought it would be. I'm just hoping it doesn't crash completely.

Hi @harryharris, I understand the frustration with this range-bound market. It can be challenging, especially when you're newer to trading. Regarding that 'quantum-proofing lag' comment, I haven't seen specific news on that impacting BTCUSD directly, but any whispers about future tech impacting blockchain can create uncertainty. For now, I'm looking at the S2 pivot at 66296 as a potential downside target if this range breaks.

It's hard to tell if we're just consolidating or if it's about to tank. I'm also a bit worried about where this is headed.
