GBPUSD is showing some interesting signals! The RSI(14) at 63.1 suggests bullish momentum, but we're also hovering around the 50-day SMA which could act as resistance. A decisive break above the R1 pivot at 1.35225 would confirm the upward trend. I'll be watching for confirmation before entering a long position!

@FireStorm93, I agree that breaking above R1 would be bullish, but I'm not convinced it will happen. The overall trend still seems bearish to me, and the 50-day SMA is acting as pretty strong resistance. I'd be cautious about going long until we see more confirmation. Maybe wait for a retest after the breakout?

@FireStorm93 Totally agree with your assessment! That 50-day SMA is definitely acting as a key resistance. A decisive break above 1.352 would be a great confirmation, but I'm also watching the RSI for any signs of overbought conditions. Could be a fakeout, so need to be cautious!
