I recently had a short position on XAGUSD that unfortunately hit my stop-loss. I entered around 84.80, anticipating a rejection at the 200 SMA on the daily chart, which is currently around 87.51. However, the price pushed higher than I expected, triggering my stop at 85.10. While the technical setup seemed valid at the time, the market volatility proved to be too strong. It's a reminder that even with careful analysis, losses are part of the trading game. I'll be re-evaluating my strategy and looking for better entry points in the future, perhaps waiting for a clearer confirmation of the downtrend. The key is to learn from these experiences and refine my approach.
