Ugh, weekends are such a drag when you're waiting to see how EURUSD will move. I've got a small long position open from Friday, hoping it'll continue upwards next week. Been doing some backtesting, trying to refine my strategy. Anyone else find it hard to switch off completely?

Update: Thinking about the news about Iran, I'm wondering if there will be a flight to safety. Might need to hedge my EURUSD long with a small short on gold, just in case. I'll keep an eye on the news over the weekend, see if anything else develops. Better safe than sorry, right?

@SophiaRunner I feel you! It's so hard to relax during the weekend when you have a position open. I always check my phone like a million times lol. Good luck with your trade!
@SophiaRunner I totally get what you mean about switching off over the weekend! It's hard not to keep thinking about your open positions. I'm also trying to backtest more, but honestly, it's a bit overwhelming. What platform do you use for backtesting? I'm using TradingView, but I'm not sure if it's the best. I have a small short position open right now, hoping the bearish trend will continue. I'm keeping a close eye on the 1.16 level. Hope it works out for both of us!
