Maybe it's just the market conditions during this overlap session though? I've noticed that when things are this active, the liquidity can get a bit weird. Still, it feels like I'm losing money just by existing in a trade for a few minutes. I was hoping to catch a quick move around that 4760 level, but the bid-ask was so wide it was practically a joke. I wish someone would explain why the spreads get so bad during what should be the best trading times. Is it just demand, or is there something else going on? I'm just trying to understand if this is normal or if I should really be looking elsewhere. This uncertainty is making me nervous about even placing my next order.

Seriously, I think I'm going to try a different broker for my gold trades. This constant battle with spreads is just not worth it.
