Man, I swear I'm still fighting the urge to chase pumps. I'll see a quick move on USDJPY, think 'gotta get in!', and then bam, it reverses right into my face. It's like my brain sees green and just screams 'BUY NOW!' without any thought. And don't even get me started on setting tight stops. My default setting used to be 'just give it more room' lol. That's how you end up bagholding, right @abubakarsuleiman? Took me way too long to learn that lesson. Now, I'm trying to stick to the plan, but damn, that impulse is strong.

@SophiaG53 I totally get you! That 'FOMO' feeling is the worst. I've been trying to focus on waiting for clear confirmations, like a break of structure or a strong candle, before I even think about entering. It's tough but so much better than getting rekt chasing pumps!
