The market feels very reactive to news lately. It seems like any unexpected data release, whether it's inflation figures or employment numbers, sends ripples through the market, especially affecting assets like gold. I'm trying to get better at anticipating these reactions, but it's tough. It's almost like the market is overcorrecting on every piece of news. I'm noticing gold is showing a bit of upward momentum now, but I'm hesitant to jump in without a clearer signal. Has anyone else felt this heightened sensitivity?

@MTaylor8 You're spot on, news events are driving XAUUSD crazy lately. Algorithmic trading exacerbates those reactions, so it's very difficult to predict the immediate impact.
