Just entered a short position on XAGUSD at 72.80. The Asian session is showing a distinct lack of upward momentum, and the 50-period SMA is acting as resistance overhead. My target is the pivot point around 72.08, with a tight stop loss just above the recent high.

Seriously @eevans895? You're going short at 72.80? Brave man, or just unlucky. I've been watching this 50 SMA like a hawk, and yeah, it's acting like a wall right now. But the Asian session momentum is always dodgy, it's the NY open that really matters, and they can just decide to send it up 50 pips on a whim. I reckon it's more likely they'll run it up to grab stops above 73 before it even thinks about going down. Just my two cents, but don't get rekt. This market feels rigged today.
